This Agreement ("Agreement") defines your use of WinkU-Live Video Chat ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use.
Your use signifies your acceptance of this Agreement, which WinkU-Live Video Chat may revise at any time. Changes will be communicated, and continued use implies your consent to the updated terms.
In case of discrepancies in translated versions, the English version will prevail, subject to applicable law.
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement. If required by law, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.
Certain features require an account. Provide accurate information during registration. You may register via social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Google) or as a visitor. WinkU-Live Video Chat will collect data as per its Privacy Policy when using third-party accounts.
You are responsible for updating and safeguarding your account details. Notify WinkU-Live Video Chat immediately in case of unauthorized access.
Comply with all laws and the App’s terms. Also, adhere to WinkU-Live Video Chat’s Privacy Policy governing data usage.

By submitting content, you grant WinkU-Live Video Chat and its affiliates a license to use it for service provision, promotion, and improvement. Ensure that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe upon others' rights.
WinkU-Live Video Chat may remove content that violates the terms. Even after deletion, content may persist for a while, and third parties may access it.
WinkU-Live Video Chat collects and uses data as outlined in its Privacy Policy to enhance the user experience.
While WinkU-Live Video Chat takes reasonable measures to protect your data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
WinkU-Live Video Chat may display third-party content or services. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. WinkU-Live Video Chat is not liable for third-party content, services, or transactions.
Respect others and avoid harassment, discrimination, or hate speech. Comply with all laws.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
WinkU-Live Video Chat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, risks to others, or inactivity. We will provide notice when possible.
Account termination may lead to loss of access to the App and deletion of your content. Regularly back up your content, as WinkU-Live Video Chat may not retain it after termination.
WinkU-Live Video Chat is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, social events, security breaches, or other factors beyond our control. This includes indirect or consequential damages and loss of data or profits.
You agree to indemnify WinkU-Live Video Chat and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the App or breach of this Agreement.
WinkU-Live Video Chat may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes signifies acceptance.
If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. We may replace invalid terms with enforceable ones to align with the original intent.
